Who we are
Vitagrit40 is operated by UAB Ernex, a company registered in Lithuania.

Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name and email, plus health and fitness data you choose to provide: age, weight, body measurements, fitness goals, workout history, and activity logs. Subscription and payment information is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not store your card details.

How we use your data
We use your information to generate and personalize AI-driven workout and nutrition programs, track your progress, process subscriptions, and improve the app. Personalization is powered by Anthropic Claude processing the fitness data you provide.

Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.

Third-party services
We use Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe.

Your rights
Under GDPR, you can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app’s account settings.

Children’s privacy
Vitagrit40 is not intended for users under 18.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will notify users of material changes.
